I am deeply troubled by the direction this President, and his administration are taking the country. The President is clearly demonstrating his total disrespect for the Nation, the military, the Constitution, our Bill of Rights, as well as his summarily dismissing his Oath of Office as a mere pesky requirement to gaining the highest office in the land, the President of the United States. First of all I will quote (excerpts) from some of the Founding Fathers documents, I trust they will not bore you, as they are essential to understanding how our country was founded, and ultimately became the most powerful nation with freedoms experienced by the people that have been unrivaled in the history the "civilized" world. So please bear with me while I make my case.

In part; "we here highly resolve that these dead shall have not died in vain--that this nation under God, shall have a new birth of freedom--and that the Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."
There is no doubting the inference of "Endowed by Our Creator", and "that this nation under God" clearly, and without equivocation define the United States as being founded on the principles of Christianity, Gods Law, and natural law of man. THERE IS NO DOUBT!
Article II Section I of the Constitution clearly states, “Before he enters on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: -" I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” This of course is sworn on the Holy Bible, in President Obama's case the Lincoln Bible.
The following are some of the actions he has taken since being elected President, he has taken control of corporations that were publicly held, he has taken over a portion of the automobile industry, insurance industry, the financial system, unconstitutionally mandated that every American be required to have his Health Insurance. He has abused the privilege of writing Executive Orders, by appointing his Czars (I guess over 40 now) to the Amorphous (shadow, or 4th) Branch of Government, which by design circumvent the checks and balances of the Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government. The Czars answer only to the President, with no Congressional oversight.
The President as well as Congress fail to adhere to Article I, Section 8, the enumerated powers that define what the Federal Government is authorized to do, and consequently what it cannot do. By the Constitution, every piece of legislation that is written must be tied to one or more of these enumerated powers. The issues that are not authorized by the Constitution are covered by the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.
The first Ten Amendments to the Constitution were written to protect the "People" from an intrusive, and oppressive government. It is no secrets that the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 9th, and 10th Amendments are now, or have been under attack for years. More recently the radical left has been increasingly pushing for the "Fairness Doctrine" to stifle dissenting voices in the media and destroying our freedom speech rights under the 1st Amendment. The 2nd Amendment has been, and is currently under constant attack by the Liberal Left. In the case of the 2nd Amendment, our rights are being influenced by foreign entities. Namely the United Nations Global Gun Ban, which I understand the Secretary of State is signing on to, and the President is looking forward to signing the CIFTA Global Gun Control scheme that will lead to Global small arms confiscation. Disarming the people is the key element to taking over the country. A disarmed populous are no longer citizens but merely subjects of a tyrant.
My contention is that if the President, or any of his high level appointees signs on to any foreign treaty that destroys our sovereignty, and abrogates any of our God given Constitutional rights , or our Bill of Rights………………………. is an act of treason and should be treated as such.
Please read the following definitions, comprehend, apply the definitions, and make a rational conclusion; should the charges of treason be brought against our leader, and his minions:
Sovereignty (n) The power to govern without external control.
Treason (n) The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of ones country, or assisting its enemies in war.
Oath (n) A solemn appeal to God to witness the truth of a statement or sacredness of a promise, or in irreverent, or careless use of a screed name.
Tyrant (n) A ruler who governs oppressively of brutally. One who uses authority or power harshly.
Totalitarian (n) Of or pertaining to a highly centralized government under control of a political group which allows no recognition of or representation to other political parties.

AG Holder V. Arizona
When the Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer Signed into law SB1070 the Immigration Bill that has really stirred up a hornets nest in the country as a whole, and apparently a stinging blow to the radical left in their agenda to push for new Amnesty legislation. What Arizona has done is taken action to protect its State Sovereignty , stop the theft of the state's resources by illegal aliens. Just prior to signing the Bill into law, President Obama is quoted as saying, this legislation is "misguided"and it "threatened to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is crucial to keeping us safe." More of the Presidents vacuous platitudes. This Immigration Bill appears to pretty much mirror the Federal Immigration Bill. So why are the Washington politicians threatening AZ With law suits have their skivvies in a wad?
Well, what Arizona and Governor Brewer have done is a very effective way of exposing the absence of any Federal Government efforts to protect our borders, and seriously address the illegal immigration problem, not only in the Arizona, but every state in the union. The onus, and the spotlight is now on the Obama Administration. They have been exposed to the nation, and have the proverbial "Deer in the headlights "expression.
All of the preamble brings us to the apparently inept Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder. First he was going to sue the State of Arizona, calling the Immigration Bill unconstitutional, then he wasn't sure what action he would take. This kind of indecision from anyone in high office does not inspire confidence. On May 13 a House Judiciary Committee meeting took place, and Representative Ted Poe of (R)Texas, questioned AG Eric Holder, and it went like this (in part):
Rep. Poe: "So Arizona, since the federal government fails to secure the border, desperately passed laws to protect its own people. The law is supported by 70 % of the people in AZ, 60% percent of all Americans, and 50% of all Hispanics, according to The Wall Street Journal/NBC poll done just this week. And I understand that you may file a law suit against the law. It seems to me the administration ought to be enforcing border security and immigration laws and not challenge them and that the administration is on the wrong side of the American people. Have you read the Arizona law?"
AG Holder: "I have not had a chance to-I've glanced at it. I have not read it."
Poe: "It's 10 pages. It's a lot shorter than the health care bill, which was 2,000 pages long. I'll give you my copy of it , if you would like to-to have a copy. Even though you haven't read the law, do you have an opinion as to whether it's Constitutional?"
At his point I will not quote the entire interview with Rep. Poe, by now if you have read this far you have an idea where Rep. Poe is going with his questioning. I will include more of AG Holders answers to Poe's question, which should give more insight to what kind of AG we have with the Obama administration.(Hobbit73)

AG Holder:" Well, what I've said is that I've not made up my mind. I've only made-made the comments that I've made on the basis of things that I've been able to glean by reading newspaper accounts, obviously, television, talking to people who are on the review panel, on the review team looking at the law."
The President, the AG, and the Obama administration are in deep do-do on this one, and they are scrambling to find someone to point fingers at. Well, It will not be Jan Brewer. She is dead on in taking action to protect the people of Arizona, and the sovereignty of the state of Arizona. I hope other states will man-up and take the same kinds of action that Jan Brewer has for her state.
